By joining MOMHOOD KERALA, every member agrees to follow these Terms & Conditions and maintain a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for everyone.
1. RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR
Every member must treat other members with respect, dignity, kindness and consideration.
Disrespectful behaviour, insulting language, humiliation, personal attacks, threatening behaviour, intimidation, bullying or deliberate disturbance of other members is strictly prohibited.
2. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HARASSMENT & MISBEHAVIOUR
MOMHOOD KERALA does not tolerate harassment, bullying, stalking, abuse, intimidation, discrimination, unwanted communication, inappropriate behaviour or any conduct that makes another member feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Any complaint regarding serious misconduct may be reviewed by the community management team and appropriate action may be taken.
3. COMPLIANCE WITH INDIAN LAW
All members must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in India.
Members must not use the MOMHOOD KERALA platform, community, events, groups or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity.
Any activity that violates applicable Indian law may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership and, where appropriate, may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. NO ILLEGAL OR HARMFUL ACTIVITIES
Members must not use the community for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraud or scams
- Threats or intimidation
- Financial deception
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Unauthorized collection of personal information
- Distribution of harmful or unlawful content
- Activities intended to harm another person or organization
5. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Members must respect the privacy of other members.
Do not share another member's phone number, address, photographs, videos, personal details, private conversations or other personal information outside the community without appropriate permission.
Members are also responsible for protecting their own personal information when interacting with others.
6. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS & RECORDINGS
Members must respect consent when taking, recording, sharing or publishing photographs, videos or recordings involving other members.
Do not secretly record, publish or distribute another person's private or sensitive content without appropriate consent.
7. ONLINE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Members participating in WhatsApp groups, social media groups, online discussions or other MOMHOOD KERALA digital platforms must follow the same standards of respectful behaviour.
Spam, excessive promotional messages, abusive comments, misleading information, inappropriate content and unauthorized advertising are not permitted.
8. CONTENT SHARED BY MEMBERS
Members are responsible for the content they post, upload, send or share.
Content must not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate material.
MOMHOOD KERALA reserves the right to remove content that violates community rules.
9. NO IMPERSONATION OR FALSE INFORMATION
Members must provide accurate information during registration.
Creating an account using another person's identity, providing false information, impersonating another individual or misleading other members is prohibited.
10. CHILD SAFETY
The safety and wellbeing of children is a priority.
Members must behave appropriately around children and must not engage in any inappropriate, exploitative, abusive or unsafe conduct involving children.
Any suspected unlawful conduct involving a child may be escalated to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.
11. PERSONAL DISPUTES
MOMHOOD KERALA should not be used to threaten, publicly shame, harass or target another member because of a personal disagreement.
Members are expected to resolve disagreements respectfully. Serious complaints may be reported to the community management team.
12. COMMERCIAL & PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Members must not use the MOMHOOD KERALA community to conduct unauthorized business promotions, solicitations, fundraising, advertising or sales activities.
Permission may be required for official promotional activities, collaborations or community campaigns.
13. MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL
Submitting a membership application does not automatically guarantee approval.
MOMHOOD KERALA may verify information and may accept, reject, suspend or terminate membership based on eligibility, community safety and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
14. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
MOMHOOD KERALA may suspend, restrict or terminate a member's access if the member:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
- Engages in harassment or misconduct
- Provides false information
- Violates another person's privacy
- Engages in unlawful activities
- Threatens or harms another member
- Misuses the community
- Repeatedly violates community guidelines
Serious violations may result in immediate termination.
15. REPORTING A CONCERN
If a member experiences or witnesses harassment, abuse, threats, inappropriate behaviour, privacy violations or other serious misconduct, they are encouraged to report the matter to the MOMHOOD KERALA management team through the official communication channel.
Members should provide accurate information when submitting a complaint.
16. NO DISCRIMINATION
MOMHOOD KERALA aims to maintain a welcoming and respectful community.
Discrimination, hatred or harassment based on personal characteristics or circumstances is not permitted.
17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
MOMHOOD KERALA may collaborate with external organizations, professionals, brands, sponsors or service providers.
Any third-party service may be subject to separate terms, conditions and privacy policies.
18. COMMUNITY SAFETY
MOMHOOD KERALA reserves the right to take reasonable steps to protect the safety, privacy, dignity and wellbeing of its members and the wider community.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
MOMHOOD KERALA may update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
The latest version may be published on the official website. Continued participation in the community after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
20. ACCEPTANCE
By clicking “JOIN NOW”, submitting a membership application, or participating in the MOMHOOD KERALA community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to follow these Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.
